Comment: Not complete until SDD specification rules are designed.

The Validator design looks great - for as far as it goes. The real value is in the rules that will be used to validate, and the design of the rules is not included in the document. The full design would include the design of a set of rules that would enforce the semantics that are required by the SDD specification but are not enforceable by simple XML validation. It isn't clear from the document what priority is being given to creation of this set of rules or even if that design will ever be done. (The relevant section just says: "More info goes here...") I would argue that this design is incomplete until those rules are designed. The design of SDD specification rules is not something that should be left to a user of the tool.
