Notes

Schedule

We will have a regular bi-weekly meeting on Tuesday 17:00 - 18:00 CET (8:00 - 9:00 PST). Deviations may happen if too many PMC members would be absent. In doubt just have look at the Google Calendar. Next meeting is Tue 23 Feb. Instead of the meeting 23 Mar which would be during EclipseCon, Adrian proposed to have a BOF at EclipseCon.

Move Reviews

Swordfish has its Move Review 10 Feb, BPMN Modeler and SCA Tools still have to initiate their Move review, Zsolt will provide Swordfish Docuware as template for the both projects. Additionally to the docu ware the projects need an approved IP log, an up-to-date project plan and aprovals from the both TLP PMC's (the leaving one and thejoining one).

Remaining STP components

Remaining components cannot just be moved to the new TLP, but should become Sub-projects like the Intermediate Metamodel did. Zsolt will write email to the stp-dev mailing list to find volunteers initiating the project proposals for the remaining components. If no volunteers can be found the componets will remain in STP.

Proposal was made to contact the BPEL Editor project to join the SOA TlP. Zsolt wil contact the project.

SOA TLP web site

Agreement bout keeping the site simple at the beginning and to just have three sections, mission statement of the TLP, section about how the several sub projects integrate and the last section with a list of all projects together with a short summary. Take the RT and the Modelling sites as guide.

New Build and Release manager

There was consense to have a common build for all sub projects like in STP. No volunteer could be found to take over the role from Oisin. Topic may become critical when projects are officially part of the SOA TLP and Helios release date aproaches.
