This meeting is a milestone for the maturity assessment project; the intent is to gather all available metrics for one sample project, Eclipse CDT.
What has been done?
- Metrics have been produced for the CDT project and stored in github as an example.
- The quality model visualisation has been updated to show active and inactive characteristics.
- A new version of the quality model visualisation has been introduced to show values for a given project.
- A script has been written to analyse the output of rule-checking tools FindBugs and PMD.
- A wiki page has been created to gather all information about the sample projects selected for the first analysis: MaturityAssessmentProjects.
Metrics
The following metrics have been modified:
- PLAN_MILESTONES has been renamed to PLAN_RELEASES
- PLAN_MILESTONES_SUCCESS has been renamed to PLAN_REVIEWS_SUCCESS_RATE
The following metrics have been added:
- Marketplace metrics:
- number of successful install during the last 30 days.
- number of failed installs during the last 30 days.
The following metrics could be added:
- PMI metrics:
- PMI current release completeness: rate of completed information for the current release in the PMI project file.
- Percentage of information completed among the following entries: compatibility, architecture, deliverables, environment, ip_log, usability, security, standards, endoflife, communities.
